AFor surface treatment of sauna rooms, wood wax oil is a far superior choice compared to paint. The key reason is that the sauna environment—high temperature, high humidity, and confined space—requires coatings with excellent safety, breathability, and heat resistance. Wood wax oil meets these requirements, whereas paint has clear limitations.
ANormally, wood wax oil should be applied once every six months. However, this depends on the local climate. In areas with frequent rainfall or prolonged sun exposure, it is recommended to apply it every 3–5 months.
