The barrel-shaped sauna room, with its elegant and simple style, exudes classic beauty. Our barrel-shaped sauna room adopts a mortise-and-tenon wood strip structure and is tightly connected with stainless steel bands and fasteners. This interlocking system enables the wood strips to naturally expand and contract, forming a tight seal. Additionally, the sauna room is installed on a support frame, ensuring that the bottom of the sauna room is at a certain distance from the ground. Our barrel-shaped sauna room is exquisitely designed, energy-efficient, and can evenly distribute heat throughout the interior.

Thermal Wood Construction
Charcoal wood is made by placing Canadian cedar wood in a specially designed indoor kiln and subjecting it to a heat treatment at a temperature ranging from 180 to 230 degrees for a duration of 96 hours. Steam is a protective gas that helps prevent the wood from cracking and getting damaged during the treatment process.

Easy self-assembly
Assembling our sauna kit is very simple! All of our saunas are designed for DIY customers. All the components have been pre-cut and pre-drilled, so no sawing is required. Any beginner woodworker can complete the assembly in about 4 hours. The assembly personnel only need a level, a Phillips screwdriver, a drill, an adjustable wrench, a hammer and a rubber mallet.

We build our infrared saunas of Canadian Hemlock (indoor cabins) and Cedar (outdoor cabins, Seattle). Both types of tree have a beautiful, homogeneous color and a fine structur, giving the cabin a stunning and elegant look. Additionally, both types of tree have a natural resistance to fungus and rot, making them very suitable for the extreme variations in temperature in a sauna.
